Your recordings.
Your control.
This policy describes the LiteDAW iOS app, developed by Binoy Babu. LiteDAW is designed to record, edit and export music locally on your device.
Recordings and project files
Recordings, imported audio, MIDI parts, settings and projects are processed on your device. The app does not upload these files to a developer-operated server. No LiteDAW account is required.
Microphone access
LiteDAW asks for microphone permission to record audio. You can manage this permission in iOS Settings. Denying permission prevents microphone recording; it does not prevent working with imported audio.
Importing, exporting and sharing
When you choose a file or share an export, iOS may use a location or service you select, including iCloud Drive or another provider. Those services handle the files under their own privacy policies. Exported copies are separate from the project stored in LiteDAW.
Analytics and advertising
LiteDAW does not include advertising, tracking or an in-app analytics service. Device backups and diagnostic sharing provided by Apple are controlled by your iOS and Apple account settings.
Keeping and removing your work
Your work stays on your device until you remove it. You can manage saved projects in the app and manage exported files in the Files app or the service where you saved them. Removing LiteDAW does not remove copies you exported or shared elsewhere. Device or cloud backups follow the retention settings of the backup provider.
This website
This website has no advertising, analytics scripts or submission forms. Its hosting provider may process standard request information to serve pages and keep the hosting service secure. The app’s local recordings and projects are not sent to this website.
